Land Trust Open House
This Saturday, February 1, from 1 - 3:30 pm, join the Cuyahoga Community Land Trust for an open house at 3811 Bailey Ave. in Ohio City. Tour CCLT’s first new permanently affordable home and learn more about the Land Trust, how to qualify to buy a Land Trust home and what other houses are available. There will be tours all afternoon and an information session from 2 to 2:30. Refreshments and door prizes, too.
The Cuyahoga Community Land Trust is a non-profit organization that seeks to provide permanently affordable home ownership opportunities to low- and moderate-income households. At current interest rates, estimated monthly payments for this house will be $605. Income guidelines apply. Land Trust homeowners work with the Land Trust to keep their homes affordable by sharing appreciated value with future generations.
