On Friday, March 14, two bands featuring Mama Says readers will be performing at Pats in the Flats beginning at 9 pm.
The jazz quintet SLAP (including trumpeter Steven Mastroianni) and pop-rock band Uva Ursi (with singer Avril McInally) have arranged a performance to benefit the Old Brooklyn Montessori School Playground Project. Minimum donation of $5 at the door.
Pats in the Flats is located at 2233 West 3rd St., at the bottom of Literary.
