You’re Hired!
Ever attend a park program and think, “Well, this is swell, but it would be even better if…” Sure you have! So now’s your chance to organize and present a terrific event that will draw your neighbors.
Friends of Fairview Park is currently preparing the summer programming calendar. We are seeking volunteers who have ideas, who can commit to a program date, and who are ready to put some energy into planning and pulling off an event. Funding is available for many kinds of community-building small programs.
Bring your ideas and your enthusiasm to the West Side YMCA on Saturday, April 5, at 10 a.m. We’ll fill you in on the details then. Contact Rachelle Coyne at fofp@mamasays.org if you can’t make it to the meeting but are interested in organizing a program.
